Ecoluxe Solar Return / Refund Policy

At Ecoluxe Solar, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please review our return and refund policy below. We mirror the refund / return policy of our partnering brands.

You can find the information on the individual product page under the Return Policy tab for each product. Some products have their own refund policy. Please check the product page for more information.

Return Window

The return window for each product category begins from the date the customer receives the order.

Solar Products

Important Note:

Returns will not be accepted outside of the return window. No exceptions. 

Buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and potential restock fee depending on the product. The restock fee covers the refund transaction fee and additional fees that occurred to restock the product. 

  • Restocking Fee: There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns and refunds.
  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning a product.

Return Process:

To start a return, contact us at support@ecoluxesolar.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 5331 Murfreesboro Rd Unit #1115 Antioch, TN 37013

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Information:  

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with all original accessories, and in its original packaging.

  • Receipt or Order Number
  • Customer's Name
  • Contact Information

Processing Refunds

  • Refunds can take up to 14 days (minus the restocking fee) to process after the product has been received by us.

Please ensure you have all the required documentation ready when contacting support for a return or refund.

Note:

  • The return policy for each product category is specific and non-negotiable.
  • The condition of the product on return should be as it was upon receipt (unused and in its original packaging).
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

 

Occasions:

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.  

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@ecoluxesolar.com or call 762-213-9984.
