Order Cancellation
Customers can request a full refund within 72 hours after placing an order by email or phone with the BLUETTI official store. However, if the product has already been shipped, a $25 intercept fee will be charged.
Non-Receipt of Products / Damaged Products Received
30-day No Reason to Return
Within 30 days of your purchase, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase (including but not limited to “don’t want”, ”don’t meet your needs”, or “don’t like” ), you may return the purchased items complete, unused, and in their original packing.
However, you will be responsible to pay for the return shipping costs. Please contact our customer service to verify the shipping costs for each item and to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will deduct the shipping cost of return from your refund.

Refund will be processed within 14 business days after the product is returned to BLUETTI warehouse.

Great price and features
The EB3A arrived well packed and in great shape. Setup was easy. I needed a small UPS type of back up to power the bed for my disabled wife during an outage. It is well built and small so it fits under the bed. I just wish the 120 volt connections both in and out were in back and not in front of the display. That is my only gripe. Great otherwise!!
My electric goes out often. With this being said, the EB3A has kept my family out of the dark multiple times. Even though it's a small entry level power station. I feel everyone should have one. I like mine enough that I just purchased the EB70S. Thanks Bluetti
