Order Cancellation
Customers can request a full refund within 72 hours after placing an order by email or by calling us. However, if the product has already been shipped, a $25 intercept fee will be charged.
Non-Receipt of Products / Damaged Products Received
30-day No Reason to Return
Within 30 days of your purchase, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase (including but not limited to “don’t want”, ”don’t meet your needs”, or “don’t like” ), you may return the purchased items complete, unused, and in their original packing.
However, you will be responsible to pay for the return shipping costs. Please contact our customer service to verify the shipping costs for each item and to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will deduct the shipping cost of return from your refund.

I have several folding solar panels, I even have two Bluetti PV350’s, but these are real beasts. I have used these about ten times so far since I took delivery, and they out perform any panels I own including my rigid panels.
These panels are rated at 420W, and on sunny days with clear skies, I get up to 420W. I actually seen them deliver more than 420W on several occasions, see the pic below. These panels perform great and charge my power stations fast. I have several brands to include the two most popular, and these perform the same as when connected to a Bluetti unit. They work great with any solar system that can handle these specs.
They are a little cumbersome to put up and take down, but the design is terrific, the support legs are strong and easily adjustable for optimal angle to the sun, heck they even look great. The panels are not going to fit into every car. A good sized SUV or pickup truck is needed to lug these around. I have a pickup for my travel trailer, so it is a little easier to move them around.
Why 4 stars? I am not going to complain about the size and weight. If you want 420W, you better plan on a sizable panel. What disappoints me is that they are not water proof. Come on Bluetti, they are solar panels and only work outside, so make them water/weatherproof. These are cumbersome to put up and take down. I would like to leave them out sometimes and not worry about a little rain destroying them.
