Class 3 Electric Bike
- Definition: Known as pedelec (pedal electric cycle) bikes, these combine the pedal-assist feature with higher speed capabilities.
- Top Speed: The motor's assistance extends to higher speeds, 28 mph, making them faster than Class 1 and 2 eBikes.
- Additional Notes: Due to their higher speeds, Class 3 eBikes are subject to more rigorous safety regulations in many states. These may include mandatory helmet use, age restrictions, and restrictions on where the bikes can be ridden, such as avoiding certain pedestrian pathways.

1 Shipping Area
United States: Eahora offers free shipping exclusively to the lower 48 states in the US. Please note that we do not directly ship to Alaska, Hawaii or any territory or jurisdiction outside of the contiguous United States. Additionally, all of our products are tax-inclusive for these 48 states.
2 Shipping Time
In-stock orders ship within one business day after payment. Pre-sale orders please check out product pages for the latest shipping information.
For in-stock orders, ebikes will be shipped within 2 - 4 Days, while e-scooters will be shipped within 3 - 5 Days. Accessories and parts will typically ship within 2-3 days. For pre-sale orders, we recommend checking the product pages for the latest information on shipping timelines. Please note that orders will not be processed during weekends.
3 Shipping Changes & Order Cancellation
3.1 Before Shipping
3.1.1 Order Cancellation
- An order cancellation request within 24 hours after payment will not charge processing fee.
- Address Changes No processing fee.
- Model Or Color Exchanges No processing fee.
3.2 After Shipping
3.2.1 Order Cancellation
- If the package remains unopened upon receipt, the customer is responsible for the return, Eahora will not provide the return label, please contact us for the return address, and a $150 shipping fee will be deducted from the final refund.
- If the package has been opened or assembled, a 30% depreciation fee along with a $150 return shipping fee will be deducted from the final refund.
3.2.2 Address Changes
Eahora will waive the fee for address changes. Please contact us to update your address prior to package delivery.
3.2.3 Model or Color Exchanges
- If the package is in box without assembling, $150 return shipping fee will be charged for exchanges.
- If the package is unboxed and assembled, 30% depreciation fee and $150 return shipping fee will be charged for exchanges.
4 Order Tracking
Upon shipment of your package, an automated email containing tracking information will be sent to you. Please click on the appropriate link in your tracking number email.
15 Day Returns
RETURNS
There is a 15% restock fee for returns.
1. No e-bike returns or e-bike replacements after 15 days of receiving.
2. Any e-bike returns or replacements should be authorized by Eahora in advance via emails.
3. The damages caused by transportation like scratches, defective parts are NOT justifications for returns.
4. Pieces of evidence like pictures or videos are needed for any e-bike returns or replacements.
5. The customer should return the original package with the returned label provided by Eahora. Or Eahora will NOT be responsible for any missing items or damages during the shipment.
6. The customers can return the items by themselves or get a return label via emails from Eahora after being authorized.
7. Returned items must keep the original packaging.
- The box must be sealed.
- The e-bike and its outer packaging must NOT be damaged.
- Accessories and parts should NOT be missing.
8. Please provide the seller with photos of all returned items, including the outer packaging. The seller will have to check the status and quantity before shipping.
9. Please provide Eahora with photos of the original package before shipment. Eahora will have to check the status of the original package.
10. The customer should ship the returned item within 48 hours after Eahora provide a return label. Or the return will be deemed as canceled by the customer.
11. While returning the e-bike, the customers should ship it to the nearest FedEx/UPS store and paste the printed return label on the carton.
12. Please select the signature service when sending back to prevent the returned e-bike from being lost. Eahora will send pictures or videos to the customers when signing the returned items.
13. No free return without reason is supported. “Don’t like it”, “Don’t want it anymore” or any delayed delivery caused by the carrier can NOT be deemed as a valid reason for a return.
REFUNDS
1. Returns without authorization will be sent back to customers, while a refund will not be issued and the freight will be borne by customers.
2. If a customer purchases the product in a free shipping promotion, the cost of the shipment will not be refunded.
3. Any shipping damages during the return period will be deducted from the total refund. If necessary, customers can purchase insurance for returns on their own.
4. If any parts of the returned items, including the original packing, are missing, we will charge from the refund as appropriate.
5. Please understand that customers are subjected to a 15% Restocking Fee.
6. Refunds will not be issued to customers before the returned items are confirmed received and inspected.
7. After we confirm receipt of your returned items, we will send an email notification and refund.

Refunds, Exchanges, and Store Credits
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your refund, exchange or store credit will be processed. For refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 days. We do offer exchanges within the US, but we don't offer any exchanges for international orders, however, you can receive a refund or store credit, so you can replace the order for the item you would like in exchange. Exchanges will typically ship the next business day after your return is processed. Returns received Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday. If a store credit is requested, a promo code will be issued to you via email.
Late or missing refunds. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email us at service@eahoraebike.com.
1 Year Warranty
Warranty Info
Every Eahora E-bike is covered under our manufacturer's one year all-inclusive warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects. Warranty parts will only be shipped within the continental United States. If you purchased a bike and had it then shipped to another country, parts will only be sent to the country in which the bike was originally sent. Eahora Bikes warrants this product, including all individual components against defects in material or workmanship as follows:
Eahora Limited Warranty
Eahora’s bicycle components(accessories) including forks, stem, handlebar, headset, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, bottom bracket, crank set, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD display, kickstand, reflectors and hardware are warranted to be free from manufacturer defects in materials and/or workmanship for a 5 months period from the date of original purchase. Wear and tear is not covered under warranty. Two-year warranty for the frame.
Eahora’s lithium ion batteries are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship for a 1 year period from the date of original purchase. The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuse, normal wear or water damage.
What Eahora Will Do to Correct Issues with Your Ebike?
Eahora is committed to delivering a promise of professionalism when it comes to handling all bike issues. Unrepairable ebikes are approved to be replaced or returned. If the customer rejects cooperating to repair, a 30% depreciation fee will be applied and the customer is also responsible for the round-trip freight cost. Eahora will provide a return shipping label, the customer may also choose self-return or arrange the return shipment by himself.
What Eahora We Not Do?
Eahora will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged part. Wear and tear does not belong to the scope of the warranty. We will not offer warranty service to second owners. We will not free replace any part damaged by the user and by force including: product failure or damage caused by collision, falling, overloading, speeding and other human factors during riding and due to rain, ice and snow soaking, smoke, drugs, chemicals, corrosion and other damage caused by natural product failure or damage. We will not pay for any third party service or part replacement unless agreed upon prior to the fix. We will not pay for return shipping on any damaged or defective product or component. Eahora will not cover any damage that may occur during shipping if the owner sets up their own shipping option or if the e-scooter is shipped using a freight forwarder or similar service.
Terms of Warranty
This warranty only applies to the original owner of a Eahora bicycle. This warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of defective parts at the sole discretion of Eahora. This warranty does not cover any damage or defects resulting from failure to follow instructions in the owner’s manual, acts of God, accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, commercial use, alterations, modification, improper assembly, wear and tear, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the bicycle as sold, operator error, water damage, extreme riding, stunt riding, or improper follow-up maintenance. Only in extreme cases will an entire replacement bike be issued, in these cases the original bike may have to ship to the Eahora facility for inspection/repairs before a new bike is sent out. If repairs can be made, a new bike will not always be sent. This warranty does not include consumables or normal wear and tear parts (tires, tubes, brake pads, cables and housing, grips, chain, spokes). Eahora will not be liable and/or responsible for any damage, failure or loss caused by any unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts. Shipping damage must be reported to Eahora within a reasonable amount of time after shipment arrival. In no event shall Eahora be responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential damages, including without limitation, damages for personal injury, property damage, or economic losses, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, or product liability in connection with their products.
Claims
All claims to this warranty must be made through Eahora. Proof of purchase may be required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact our Technical Support team at service@eahoraebike.com as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through Eahora within one year of initial purchase. Warranty claims may be submitted to service@eahoraebike.com.
Shipping Damage Claims
IMMEDIATELY inspect your product(s) for damage. Freight damage claims are extremely time sensitive. We will not accept freight damage claims later than 10 days from receipt of product. Note any damage to your product(s) on the Bill of Lading before you and the driver sign-off on the shipment. Take pictures of any damage that is found, and date the images when possible. Keep all packaging and paperwork until the inspection process is complete. Report damage claims within 10 days of delivery to a Eahora’s customer service representative. Credit Card Chargebacks
If for any reason a credit card chargeback of any amount is issue on an order and the customer is still in possession of the product(s) with said order, the warranty will be paused until the chargeback is resolved.
