Looks very good, loads really fast and what is crucial for me - relatively light and with app control. The display is very clear and operation is intuitive. English instruction manual is included. First rating 5 stars, hopefully it stays that way :)
I was a little skeptical about buying this product. Despite solid 5 star ratings, all reviewers seem to be avid outdoorsmen, explorers, etc... I definitely don't fall into that category. I live in a rather small apartment. A gas generator is not an option because I have nowhere to release the carbon monoxide (more than half of the deaths in Hurricane Laura in the US were caused by apartment owners using gas generators!), and my neighbors can't stand the noise. As it turned out, the device worked immediately. Both my wife and I have been able to continue working remotely (powering two laptops, a modem and high-end router) off the grid for over 2 workdays. And a phone/tablet? Keeping it charged won't even affect the Ugreen 1200's stored power. I've tested the charge percentages on both AC and DC devices at home, and can confirm that Ugreen is being honest about the capacity of the devices. I was also able to test higher end products like brewing coffee, boiling water, 750W servers, 500W mini fridges, etc. I'll give it some more time to see if it continues to work as well, but I'm confident it will do.
So far has been very cool recently used it for some high power and wanted to see how long it would run a TV screen and an Xbox and I was already at 70% it lasted a pretty good while
it took almost 5 days to receive the unit from Fedx. the package is well, no damage. Opened it to be sure it's working, and to see what comes with it: Power Station, AC charging cable, car charging cable, solar parallel adapter, accessory bag, user manual. so far it's been great.
