Thank you for choosing Ecoluxe Solar! We're committed to getting your solar generator to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's what you need to know about our shipping policy:

1. Free standard shipping.
2. Please allow 3 - 10 days for shipment to arrive. Shipping Time excludes time for processing your order which is between 2 to 3 days before shipping.
3. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, outside of the continental United States or APO/FPO addresses.
4. Once your order has been processed, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number.
5. If your order hasn't arrived after more than 21 days, please contact us at support@ecoluxesolar.com. 
   
6. We are not responsible for the loss of the package in case of using a virtual address or incorrect address.
7. We are unable to change any shipping information once the package has been shipped.

Refund / Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product(s) to Ecoluxe Solar within 30 days from the date of the item was received. Please contact us at support@ecoluxesolar.com and include your name, order number and the item(s) you want to return. Our staff will reply within 1-2 business days. Please note that we will charge a transaction fee if you apply for the refund (2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users).

Please note that :

• Any returned item must be not open box product.
• Any returned item must be returned with, product manuals, cables, and all accessories, we will not accept any returns if the product is damaged or missing in-the-box accessories.
• Shipping charges are not refundable, customer assumes all shipping charges, or any other fees associated with the transportation of the product to our facility.
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged products.

After we receive the returned item, please allow 5-7 business days to process your refund. Refunds will only be credited back to the original payment used for purchase. Please allow a complete billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
