- NAKTO Electric Bikes are shipped 95% assembled. When you receive your bike, you just need to attach the front wheel, set up the handlebars and screw in the pedals, it is very easy.

14 Day Returns
Return due to quality issues:
Within 14 days: NAKTO will pay the shipping cost of the return. Customer do not need pay any restock fee.
Returns due to non-quality issues within 14 days:
1. Customer contacts the express company to return. We wouldn't make any return label. Customer will be responsible for the shipping fee ($75) and the re-stock fee (20% of the price of your bike). Please send the tracking number to support@ecoluxesolar.com to make sure the return is successful.
2. Customer brings the bike to our warehouse.(We suggest you are in CA). Customer will be responsible for the shipping fee ($75) and the re-stock fee (20% of the price of your bike).
3. We make the return label. Customer will be responsible for the shipping fee ($150) and the re-stock fee 20% of the price of your bike).
Warranty range:
1. Quality issues: Send you the free replacements within 1 year or bear your repair cost directly to your original account only once.
2. Artificial damage will not be covered by 1 year warranty.

No returns after 14 days of receiving package with non-quality issues.

At NAKTO Electric Bike Store quality means everything. That’s why we stand behind all our products with Nation Wide Limited Warranty.
- For all warranty claims please contact support@nakto.com
- Warranty only applies to the original owner (non-transferable).
- Original NAKTO parts and components covered by warranty can get one free replacement within 1-year limited warranty period and don’t need shipping cost, but components that are not covered by warranty will require shipping costs and fees for themselves.

- a) Improper assembly;
- b) Improper follow-up maintenance;
- c) Installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the product as sold;
- d) Damage or failure due to accident, falls, misuse, abuse, or neglect;
- e) Alterations of the product or the specifications (e.g. paintwork, changes of the geometry/proportions, inadmissible add-on parts etc.); or
- f) Repair or maintenance by unauthorized dealer or workshop
- g) Exceeding the weight limits or speed limits
- h) Attempting to alter the programming of the electrical system, including, but not limited to increasing the speed limiter beyond 32km/hr.
- i) Labor to repair or replace the covered component(s) unless otherwise specified in the warranty terms chart. This warranty is limited to parts replacement only.
